What if I loose the event code/password?
The best way to get this is to check with the event planner at your organisation or ask others who attended.
If you know which photographer shot your event, you can contact them. Otherwise, please email pix@pixoncall.com with the location (city and state) of your event as well as the event date and the occasion
you attended.
How long will it take for my event to be online?
Your photographer will let you knowwhen the event will be online.
Can other people see my pictures?
People who have the event username & password will be able to see the photos. Since the event codes will be
passed out at the event, anyone who attends your event will be able to see your photos.
Can I have my picture removed from the Web?
Yes. Contact the event photographer and they can contact PixOnCall to remove it for you.
How long will my event be on the Web?
The length of time events are available on the web can vary. PixOnCall offers 90 days normally.
Who prints and sends my photos that I have ordered?
Your photographer nominates his Professional Photo Laboratory for developing the prints.
Orders are received directly to the lab, printed and sent out.
When should I receive my prints?
Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.
Most online orders which have confirmation of payment immediately are printed and shipped within two days of being placed.
How will I receive my prints?
Prints are mailed directly to you from the Professional Photo Laboratory.
They are sandwiched between cardboard and marked PHOTOS. Enlargments are posted in a postal tube for better security.
My prints have not arrived, what should I do?

Please include your Order Number and event name. We will contact you immediately as to what has happened.
How do I return something for exchange/credit?
Simply re-address "Return to Sender" and include a note with instructions as to what you would like us to do.
What if I received an incorrect, damaged or missing item?
Contact us immediately by email pix@pixoncall.com. or phone us direct on 07 55279760 and we will organise a replacement (no cost to you) with the corrected item.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Also Personal Cheques (There is some time taken for clearence) and Direct Debit.
Is PixOnCall webite secure?
Yes, we provide our customers with
a 128-bit encryption enabled issued by 'Eway'
for all online transactions.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Contact us immediately by email pix@pixoncall.com. or phone us direct on 07 55279760 with your order number & customer name and we will cancel your order for you.
If payment has been made we will organise a refund for you.

PLEASE NOTE: This is out of our control.
Englargements required a certain amount of cropping to achieve the printing size ordered. If the subject is close to the edge of the photo a small amount will be lost.

PixOnCall or the individual photographers who have authorised the use of photographs on this site own
the copyrights of the photographs on this site. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you may not reproduce,
distribute, modify, retransmit, or publish any copyrighted material without the express written consent of the copyright owner,
including, without limitation, print or electronic reproduction, publication or any display of photography.
How do I know my order has gone through?
PixOnCall has an automated order email that is sent to the email address which has been provided at time of purchase.
Also within 24hrs you will receive a confirmation email stating your order from myorder@pixoncall.com. If you have not received any of the above contact us immediately by email pix@pixoncall.com. or phone us direct on 07 55279760 with your order number & customer name.
